Devso is home to my various projects where I strive to make products and services to help fellow developers with simple and intuitive functionality.
My name is Chris Board and have 15+ years of development experience ranging of web technologies, mobile and desktop technologies. I also work full time as a solution architect/support manager for a local telecoms software company.
My aim is to keep up to date with the latest technologies ensuring my products stay up to date and feature rich using technologies ranging from ReactJS Laravel, C# .Net Core and Android, with plans to do projects in Flutter so that we can expand my products to mobile apps supporting Android and iOS.
Not only do I try and make intuitive and simple to use products and services, I provide essential support to anyone as I believe support is one of the most important, if not the most important aspect of any product or service.
Mobile Development
I've developed mobile applications for Android such as InfoTake for Datadog where you can view all of your collected metrics from your Datadog account, to a MySQL Database Management app. I've also created an open source library to allow connecting to your MySQL database through a native direct connection instead of relying on web services for special use cases.
Web Development
I've developed various different web sites and web applications using a collection of technologies with a combination of frontend technologies such as ReactJS, TailwindCSS and NextJS and backend web technologies such as Laravel PHP framework and C# .Net Core.
Software Development
I've developed software from command line applications using C# and C++ as well GUI applications using C# WPF and more modern web technologies such as Electron combining ReactJS to create the GUI
